It's is supposed to be blazing hot, so plan on drinking plenty of water during the festivities.

There will be 2 raffles-Adult Lease Holders & anyone 18 and under. Only lease holders are eligible for the adult drawings. Anyone 18 and under may fill out a raffle ticket for the children's drawings. Be sure to put your NAME & APT# on the ticket. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!!
